Application Process
All students are required to complete an enrollment form and the Applicant Assessment Form prior to the commencement of all training offered by IIE. The enrollment form contains all required information under the current AVETMISS standard and also allows for accurate data to be collected by the registering body. You must provide your USI at the point of enrolment.

IIE ensures that all students who gain access into a Nationally Accredited Program have the appropriate skills and abilities they require to be successful in their studies. Each course has specific entry requirements as listed in the course information sheet for the particular course. You can obtain a copy, of course, information sheet under courses section of our website.
We will assist you with Admissions into your chosen program and will guide you through the admissions process. If you have any questions with regards to Admissions, please speak to the Marketing and Admissions Team or see the Institute’s Student Entry Requirements, Selection, Enrolment and Orientation Policy.
Admission Steps
Application
Complete and send your Application for Enrollment Form to us. Make sure you include any supporting documents if there are entry requirements for your chosen course. These may include verified copies of previous qualifications, your passport, previous schooling and English testing results.
Verification
When we receive your application for enrollment, we will assess it against the course requirements. If your application is verified, we will arrange an interview with you. Your interview may be in person (if you are in Australia) or via phone or Skype.
Process
Your application will then be processed and if you are successful you will be issued with a Offer Letter and Student Agreement. If you were unsuccessful, we will be in touch to advise you of the outcome and provide advice about other suitable options or what you need to do before re-applying.
Offer Letter
Carefully review your Offer Letter and Student Agreement and make sure your course fees, duration and payment plan are correctly stated. Read through all of the included policies and procedures and if you are in agreement, sign and return to us and we we will then issue you with an invoice.
Payment
Once we have received your first payment, you will be issued with an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). Use this document to apply for your visa with the Department of Home Affairs. Once your visa is granted, make sure you arrive in Australia in time for your first class and orientation session.
